If you think you have a genuine access complaint and require our assistance please email your complaint to the committee or phone us (07)41544494.

The committee will investigate your complaint, if necessary take coloured photographs, prepare a report and provide a possible solution.

On your behalf we will negotiate with the property owner to endeavor to obtain a solution.

It must be remembered not all access problems can be solved due to costs or legislative matters.

Our service is provided free of cost we will accept donations if offered. Travel costs will be requested if outside the Bundaberg local area.
