Making a complaint is serious and should not be done lightly, although we will follow up your complaint in some instances you may be required to lodge the complaint with the appropriate body yourself. As our name suggests we are mainly interested in complaints regarding the building environments and streetscape design issues in the Bundaberg region. If we cannot help we may be able to suggest another organisation that can. Please do not be concerned that your complaint may have already been raised by someone else. Having a number of people raise the same issue means that you are not alone in your concern and also means that we can raise the issue as the concerns of a group rather then simply as those of an individual. Many people think that their concern is insignificant in the overall scheme of things, this is not the case if you do not have reasonable access to a facility that your family or friends visit or you want to visit on your own then the owner/ management of that facility may have a case to answer.
